A staircase, with a chair lift for disabled guests, leads from the reception area to the lower level of the club. With its own reception desk, this level comprises of six private dance booths and five bedrooms, all beautifully furnished and with high quality en-suite bathrooms. This area has proved so busy that in recent months there has often been a long wait for guests to use these amenities. Consequently the ground floor bar has been removed and is currently being replaced by a further 3 en-suite rooms, one of which will be a suite with its own spa bath. Opening hours are between 7.00 pm and 5.00 am when there are between 15 and 30 stunning girls on duty at any one time, they all pay an entrance fee, plus a hire and cleaning fee for the private amenities. Most importantly, all work on a self-employed basis. The girls are also paid a commission on any drinks that the guests buy for them, with drinks for the girls costing between 20 and 500 euros each this much increases the income for both the club and the girls. Home visits can be and regularly are arranged.
As the current owners completely re-modelled these premises, at a cost to them of approximately 900,000 euros, a very low current rent of 45,000 euros per annum has been negotiated, the secure lease is for 5 years and is renewable.
