There is a well designed and large commercial kitchen, included in the equipment is: gas oven and hob, extractor fan, double deep-fat fryer, 4 microwaves, plancha and grill, toasters, 4 microwaves, 2 industrial upright freezers, chest freezer, four compartment industrial fridge, separate sink for vegetable preparation, stainless steel work benches and plate racks.  There is both an internal dry store and an external store, fitted with mosquito nets, obviously all the equipment is comparatively new and has been well serviced and maintained.


The owner, a successful businessman from the UK, has ensured that every possible license is in place.  The premises has a restaurant bar license, tobacco license and is licensed to play music (up to 120 decibels inside until midnight)  All amenities, including the facilities for the disabled exceed current legislation.


The air-conditioned owners’ accommodation is above the bar, with its own secure entrance and comprises of 4 double bedrooms, family bathroom, kitchen, large lounge with log burning fire, outside courtyard with stairs leading to a large solarium.  The apartment will be offered partly furnished.
